I use to use finger inserts, but would wear them out so often. I went to traditional holes, but the inside of the ball can be slippery. I tried the Bio Skin tape, and now I have a near perfect fit and feel on my hand. It provides a fantastic feel to the fingers, lift and control to every shot.
