I ordered the fast soles. When I first wore the shoes I was subbing at a bowling center that I hadn't bowled at for about 2 years and could not slide very well. Naturally, I thought it was the new shoes but when I used them at my regular bowling center, the shoes worked perfectly. I can honestly say these shoes are great and I plan to order an additional pair.

Although it takes approximately three months to receive the shoes, it is well worth the wait and the shoes arrive in perfect condition.
