Gave this to my husband for Christmas........he can still bowl but has trouble carrying the ball and I was having to get a dolly to get our balls to the car......we bowl in a league and are senior citizens. The ease of extending the handle is great, the wheels are super and there are several pockets.....more than enough to carry all the additional things he needs, shoes, towels, rosin bagm etc, As mentioned it is a bit heavier than I had hoped for, but not too bad.The service from the web site was wonderful, with them following up regularly to be sure we received the package.........only down side was the additional $42.00 I had to pay UPS for brokerage fees, taxes etc.......it was a bit of a shock.........I had expected some charge but not that high an amount...........actually the shipping, handling and then the delivery charges ended totalling more than the bowling bag. However, I am still very pleased with the bag and my husband loves his Christmas gift, so it was worth it. Thanks.

This order is for my 38yr old Downs Syndrome brother for Xmas. [...] My brother bowls every week with his friends and really enjoys it. Needless to say we had to scramble to find something he could unwrap for Xmas. We are happy in your products and know that "Tony" will be thrilled with it.
