I purchased this item to improve throwing a hook ball and I have tried this glove for the past 3 weeks and my throwing a hook as improved 100%. Threw my first 200 game on leagues and first 500 series. I have been trying to throw a hook bowl for two years and with this glove I can do it. Best item I have purchased it improve my game.
