This item really seems to help with my wrist issues. I was looking for something that was not bulky and obvious since I'm not the best bowler and I don't like to draw attention to myself. The only issue I feel I should mention is a plastic buckle on the side of the wrist band. At times I have to adjust it because it digs in a little. I love this item and I recommend it to anyone looking for not painfully obvious wrist support.
