i,ve had this item over 20yrs plus.. bought 1 which was to large for my daughter which we got.. found it to be to large so i ordered a 2nd one... this item has yet to be delivered,,show it shipped and due date of 3 weeks ago.. but as of yet i still dont have it...seems lost

first 1 i ordered was a bit to large. i got the item within 4 days... i then reorderd a 2nd and paid for it.. tracking shows it shipped with a due date of 3 weeks ago... But as of yet i dont have item ???????? wow
