Sorry to see this ball gone for ever. I wish I had known it was being discontinued, I would have purchased 2 more, and 1 for my husband. Great Tourny ball, let alone in leagues. Danger zone is the perfect name. There is no condition with oil that this ball can't beat. So virsital yet aggressive when needs be. I will miss the Danger Zone. Anyone can use this ball, beginner to Pros.

I've been bowling for just over a year now using a 14lb. Storm "Thunder Struck" ball and recently upgraded to a Danger Zone ( a friend had an undrilled 15lb. ball stuck away in a closet). This ball immediately added 30 pins to my game. Honestly. It absolutely folds the pins when it hits the pocket. And it is oh so forgiving for the ball on the Brooklyn side...crushes them too. When you read or hear that this ball dominated the lanes in Tournament play, I get that. What I don't understand, is why this ball ever fell out of favor...you just can't mess with perfection.

Worked well when my arm wasn't able to throw it with a hook, but as my style changed and I got stronger, I could adjust the ball very easily to fit my needs.

Took me a while to get use to this ball, I have an older purple zone, the new one breaks quite a bit more than the older one...well worth the investment.
