Introducing Propel coverstock the next extension in Brunswick coverstock technology. Propel is a evolutionary coverstock developed by Brunswick to improve the mid-lane and backend traction of the ball on today's slicker oils and lane surfaces. The Propel coverstock was discovered through testing of new formulation additives and process changes in coverstock manufacturing.M.A.C.E.-Mechanical Asymmetric Core Engineering. The M.A.C.E. Medium RG core has three major benefits, Medium RG core system for a breakpoint further down lane, High RG differential to increase backend traction and High RG asymmetric differential to quicken the response time to friction.Ball Motion: The Siege Defender II combines Propel Solid coverstock and the M.A.C.E. medium RG core to produce a ball motion that is clean through the front, consistent in the mid-lane with a quick response to friction on the backend. With its consistency from shot to shot and versatility across the lane, the Siege Defender II will be the first ball out of your bag and a new benchmark for Brunswick on medium to oily lane conditions.Reaction Setup:The Siege Defender II can be drilled using the standard drilling techniques developed for asymmetric bowling balls.

Comments about Brunswick Bowling Products Brunswick Siege Defender II Bowling Ball:

I had drilled a fingertip grip in a ball for the first time in this ball. On one of my first throws, since I'm not used to the fingertip, I had lost the ball on the backswing, letting it hang around three feet in the air before colliding with the floor. Not a scratch on the ball!

I had wiped off the ball after every throw for three games. Oddly, there's a visible oil track still on the ball. Recommend getting an all purpose surface cleaner along with the ball.

Overall, the Siege Defender II is a very good ball.
