Propel Pearl is an evolutionary coverstock developed by Brunswick to improve the mid-lane and backend traction of the ball on today's slicker oils and lane surfaces. The Propel Pearl coverstock was discovered through testing of new formulation additives and process changes in coverstock manufacturing.Mechanical Asymmetric Core Engineering. The MACE core has three major benefits: ultra-low RG core system to engage the Propel Pearl coverstock, high RG differential to aid in traction through heavy oil and high RG asymmetric differential to quicken the response time to friction. Designed as a two-component elliptical core system, the MACE core is dynamically the strongest asymmetric core ever produced for a Brunswick ball. The Evil Siege unites the Propel Pearl coverstock and the proven MACE core to produce a ball motion that is strong in the mid-land and aggressive on the backend. The Evil Siege is the ball when your game needs help battling medium to oily conditions and poor pin action. The unique core shape of each Brunswick ball is used for weights from 14 to 16 pounds. This approach to lightweight ball engineering provides bowlers with consistent ball reaction characteristics across the weight range. The same drilling instructions can be used for 12- and 13-pound balls. This is because Brunswick uses a generic core shape with an RG difference that is close enough to the 14-16 pound shape.Out of the Box: With its 4000-grit micro pad finish, the Evil Siege will provide excellent mid-lane recovery and a strong continuous backend reaction that matches up on medium to oily lane conditions for a wide range of bowling styles. If your Evil Siege goes too long: A smooth surface will sometimes cause the ball to go too long before breaking. To get your Siege rolling sooner, dull the surface with a 500-grit micro pad to increase hooking action. To further increase hooking action, use a rougher abrasive to create an earlier reaction. If your Evil Siege hooks too early: Smooth your Evil Siege with 2000-grit micro pad to increase length. If more length is needed, smooth the surface to 4000-grit micro pad. If more length is still desired use Brunswick's Factory Finish High Gloss Polish to increase length to the maximum.Coverstock: Propel Pearl Black / Red PearlHardness: 75-76 Factory Finish 4,000 Micro padCore Dynamics RG-max: 2.530 RG-int: 2.500 RG-min: 2.474 RG-diff: 0.056 RG-asym: 0.030Hook Potential 160 Length 110 Breakpoint Shape 90

Comments about Brunswick Bowling Products Brunswick Evil Siege Bowling Ball:

I got this ball drilled with a pin up drilling...It gives me great length and a good back end on a THS. It carries really well. I normally struggle with leaving alot of 10 pins. This ball seems to carry the corners out better for me. I highly recommend this ball. Brunswick never dissappoints.

this ball works as advertised. i'm a down and in bowler, but i thought i'd try something different for the up coming nationals. i'm a 190+ bowler and the fourth game i bowled with this new ball was the best i ever bowled for a single game, ten in a row for a 288! thanks bowlerstore.

Comments about Brunswick Bowling Products Brunswick Evil Siege Bowling Ball:

Was looking forward to this release as the Siege is a great rolling ball for me on heavier and longer oil. However, when the lanes started to break down or if the oil was a little lighter, the siege was just too much ball.

I bowl primarily on wood lanes in league and needed something that gets through the fronts better then the Siege. The Evil Siege is the ball for this. With the added length, the recovery on the backend is still there.

Good looking ball as well!
