I have to totally commend the customer service dept. They sent me the wrong bowling balls. They sent me the correct item right away without recharging my account, and sent me free shipping label to send them back with the corrected order. Unheard of! Usually you have to send order back and then they send you the correct order or charge your acct. I was very pleased with this.
