Everything was fine except that I didn't get the color that I requested and there was no explanation as to why. I kept the one I got as it was free shipping and I didn't want to deal with sending it back and all that fuss.

base of bag is not wide enough for four candlepin ball and there is no separation. balls bang together and shift in bag

Bowlerstore.com Response: Would recommend the Double Zipper Soft Pack. Much better bag as it has a foam insert to hold the balls.
