i have small hand.s and allways had a problem with the ball slipping out of my hand dureing my delivery. since i have owned these, my average has increased from 94 to 102 in7 weeks and still clmbing. the finish on the balls gives great gripping and confidents. it allows me to reframe from sqeezzing the ball to hard, and i found them to be much easyer to clean.
